So, Emily informed me after the officers meeting that I'm going to be Sisterhood Chair for next year, then immediately asked me to organize FUNction.  So guess what?  I'm emailing you all now before I forget.

Basically, here's what you need to know if you're going:

~FUNction is the weekend of June 13th and 14th at Whitewater Memorial State Park in Liberty, IN.
~Please send your completed registration form and payment ($20) to NCD VPSP Kevin Earnest with a postmark date of May 15th.  If you miss the May 15th deadline, the late registration is June 1st, and the price goes up to $25.  Also note, the late registration and payment must be RECEIVED by June 1st.  So try to be on top of this and postmark it by May 15th.  See Emily if you need another form.
~If you're paying by personal check, please make it out to Kappa Kappa Psi.
~Since we're doing our registration individually, I think putting your name and mailing address in the "Chapter Contact Info" slot would be the best bet.  That's how I'm filling mine out, and then in the "Comments" section, I made a note about that.
~Please let me know if you plan on going so we can arrange carpools!!!  Let me know if you can drive and how many you can take.  Also, tell me where you'll be for the summer so we can figure out if meeting on campus would be easier, or if a few people are from the same area, they can meet and go from there.
~If you plan on going and have a tent, let me know that, too.  Speaking of tents, if anyone has issues with co-ed tent sleeping situations, let me know.
~We had discussed going early, like on the 10th, 11th or 12th....would that be an issue for anyone?

I *think* that covers the majority of stuff.  I'll send out a reminder email over the weekend so you can maybe hit up mom and dad for moolah after finals.  If I haven't heard from you by the 15th, I'll assume you're not going.
