Treasurer:
Dues are $90 and they’re needed as soon as possible. The mail needs to have a postmark of the 30th of September. Checks are written to Tau Beta Sigma
We can revise our budget if we come up with fun new ideas or projects
Vice President:
The MEP is almost updated
Anyone interested in being a Big contact me
Historian:
Made a new history book
Made a timeline book
His aunt made us 4 tin signs to use – will put one in the pod
His friend made us several pictures we can put up as we wish
The website has been updated
Make sure you’re on the forum because the minutes will be on there
We have a YouTube account, Photo Bucket account, and a fan page on Facebook
Parliamentarian:

Need to be enrolled in band for the semester

Mr. Karriker –
I need four or five volunteers to be a Saturday Band Staff. They must be willing to commit to all six games
Ohio Band Directors Association –
December 3rd through the 5th – they could use volunteers
Saturday, January 23rd scholarship audition days
Saturday, February 6th scholarship audition days
Ear plugs for the band to protect their hearing
He thought up getting “Roo Rally Towels” (or some other name) for the band
The Band Fan Club is in process
David asked for Mr. Karriker’s pop tab for our pop tab fundraiser
Bids – It was voted on who would be bid for this semester. If you would like the list please contact me.
