They had joint meeting with Kappa. Next Cici’s day is the 5th from 5 – 8 pm.
Chili cookoff carnival was the Friday before Kent – we can’t get the Union. Do
we want to change the date? The First United Methodist Church on Mill
Street might has a meeting hall, and Emily recommended checking to see
if they rent it out. Matt will help the chapter contact the church.
Talked about possible joint fundraisers. Might potentially do some Blossom
concerts, Indians games, Browns games, Cavalier games
Several people lost the game during the meeting.
Rules:
We will be meeting at 8:15 to 8:30 tomorrow in 09.
Mem Ed.:
Briefly discussed the flag. We’ll be getting one.
Talked about getting polos for the candidates.
We’re going to start the video soon. We’ll be figuring out times next Tuesday.
Service:
They talked about burn kids and old folks (according to Matt)
They discussed giving out Hot Chocolate during the last couple football games.
Sisterhood:
There was a motion to do Sunday’s Sisterhood with Alpha Gamma. It was moved
by Megan Schlegel and seconded. The motion carried.
“Slide Show” night 11/11 at 8:30pm in Ballrooms D&E
Potluck being an official sisterhood was moved by Megan and seconded. The
motion carried.
Bring $3 for Thanksgiving potluck to the next meeting
Megan moved that we buy a polo for Mrs. Jackalby. It was seconded. The motion
carried.
Alpha Gamma wants to have another sisterhood the weekend of Thanksgiving.
Sisterhood will discuss it.
We will be meeting next Wednesday in Atrium.

Mission accomplished – mov… slideshow night posters are made
She has a card for Theta Psi – had the chapter sign it
Relay for Life – went to meeting last week – We were the first team to sign up. Go online to relayforlife.org and sign up for the team. The theme is
birthdays. We will make a Facebook group for our team.
