Is trying to get an internship – doesn’t know if she can be in a band or even attend meetings because she’s getting flown out to England for the first two weeks – she’s not sure she can fulfill her office’s duties – Parliamentarian explained that once she officially resigns there is a three week process to elect the next Treasurer.The plan is for her to resign at the November 17th meeting and nominations will take place, then the November 24th meeting there will be more nominations/speeches/Q&A and voting, then at a meeting called sometime in the week of November 30th we will install the next officer.
There was a slight off-topic conversation about the movie Taken, in reference to Lauren’s wandering around England alone and how she should be careful not to get snatched.Also we discussed how it’s an excellent movie.
President – Hot Cocoa for the game after Thanksgiving – trying to find others to help mix it, then Saturday Staff and Band Staff can help serve it once we get it to the Stadium

Parliamentarian – asked Treasurer how to go about budgeting for each member of the chapter to receive a bound copy of all the different handbooks and constitutions
