                        UAF: $181.49

                        SAF: $1289.70

                        Joint SAF: $254.98

                        Dues were deposited so will start the process next week

            Vice President:

                        Congrats to new members

            Historian:

                        Put up all the new pictures

                        Updated the website

                        Had a founding member at 3^rd Degree

                        Starting to dive into the notebook history book

                        Went through the locker and found a lot of history artifacts

            Parliamentarian:

                        Have to be registered for band next semester and will have to check grades again                                      next semester

            President:

                        Don’t have to do hot cocoa any more

Committee Reports:

            Finance:

                        Going to think of new fundraisers for next semester

                        Have chili con cook-off the Saturday before Valentine’s Day

                        Radio station 91.3 plays local bands and are funded by viewers – if we donate to                                      them we could advertise our concerts or fundraisers on the station – it was                                                 moved that we table the discussion until the next semester.  Eli moved, it                                       was seconded, and the motion carried

                        Julie’s recital

            Rules:

                        Not going to meet this evening

            Mem Ed.:

                        Working on the video and having a good time – working at these times – This                                            Saturday the 28^th, Sunday after the basketball game, Sunday December 6^th,                                    tentative date during finals

            Service:

                        Continuing the card project – will send the email again – will meet next Monday                                       at 8:00pm

            Sisterhood:

                        Sigma Psi Holiday Extravaganza on Dec 9^th make cookies or bring decorations                                           for the cookies – white elephant gift exchange no more than $5 and wrap it

                                    Megan motioned to make this an official event.  It was seconded and the                                       motion carried

            Correspondence:

                        Gift for person with new baby

Old Business:

            Sign up for OBDC on Karriker’s door tomorrow – wear band polos Friday and TBS                                 polos Saturday

            Opened nominations for Treasurer

New Business:

            Dominic motioned we suspended the rules.  It was seconded.  The motion was carried.

            Treasurer elections –

                        Treasurer nominations - Joe was nominated and declined

                        Ashley gave her speech. We negated the need for a Q&A seeing as how there was                                     one candidate

                        Megan moved we vote by acclimation. It was seconded.  The motion carried.

                        Ashley was elected

            Dominic moved to reinstate the rules.  It was seconded. The motion carried.

            Julie Debritta’s recital will be Sunday in Guzzetta Hall at 5:30pm

            Another concert is the same day at 2:00pm
