Treasurer – Doesn’t have anything because she hasn’t gotten her stuff yet.The president will notify the SOURCE of the change in Treasurers.
President – 23rd of January is MER. Feb 27th is our block at Tiffin.Convention is March 19th.At the first meeting, we’ll be in here.Will pass around sign-ups for who’s interested in convention.
Historian – did some restoring of the old book.Edited the website.Gave the treasurer the receipts for the website.Really wants to record the chapter singing the national time, loyalty song, and so on.He’ll ask Tony and Sam to help us learn the four part harmony.
Recording Secretary – discussed absence forms.We will be issuing a warning to Nick Brown, that if he doesn’t attend the first two meetings he will be put on probation.
Kappa Kappa Psi Liason – Kappa is having their meetings on Tuesdays at eight every week.
Sisterhood Chair – having a meeting tomorrow after the basketball game here on the third floor of the Union.
Finance Chair – planning Chili Amore.New Treasurer needs to get all her stuff from Tina.Meetings will potentially be held at her and Megan’s apartment on Saturday afternoons.Still looking for a location for Chili Amore.
Parliamentarian – will check grades at the next meeting.Might do Rules on weekends.President asked Parliamentarian about changing constitution so that an inactive member doesn’t have to go through Mem. Ed again.
