Exec Board Meeting 3/2
-Attendees: Ashley Boyd, Kylie Leight, Emily Campbell, Dominic Gattozzi, Caleb Conley, Sarah Debruin, Matt Osborne, David Coy
-Kylie:
-finishing February Chapter Challenge
-Held a meeting after candidate class, going to work on display board for convention, sign for table, case down by 09 on Monday,
-Dom has the old convention board in his trunk.
-List Serv about Wava's 90th birthday
-t shirt quilt
-accepting donations made in Wava's name or gift cards
-chapters are sending in scrapbook pages
-We will be sending in a page If you want to submit anything, get it to Kylie
-Kevin started doing Vlogs, we should do some!
-Meet the officers
-Can do on Macs with iMovie
-Probably during meeting after Spring Break
-Ashley:
-Going Monday to get details about checking out Visa and expanding limit
-Finance talking about Aeros games- do not want to make it all joint.
-most of our income comes from the games.
-Has print outs for UAF and SAF. About $1114.39.
-End of the semester, drain UAF USB ports?
-Sarah:
-Possible joint degree?
-Car wash!
-David:
-3/24 and 3/31- Continuing Ed- learn all of the songs and parts. 24th is a rehearsal, 31st will be recording. Wear polos on the 31st
-Updated website and calendar.
-Met with Kylie and Lydia

-Adding honoraries to our family tree?
-Members give them gifts?
-Discuss with Emily & Jeff, then ask for members without littles to adopt them
-Committee vice-chairs?
-Committee chairs would choose a scribe, who would step up if chair needs assistance
-Talked to an alumni online, Shelly Quayle (almost like Quailman). Here '85-'90.
-Going to try to get us information.

-Will have another Blitzkreig after convention. In lieu of potluck?
-Sending Emily policy handbook to get to Source.
-We lost the game.
-Caleb is feeling, “fat and sassy”
-Emily:
-Dom takes over minutes :)
-Received another email from Source...need to resubmit list of members
-We received $2000 for Convention...money for hotels and drivers, need some more drivers, will discuss at the meeting
-David mispronounced Kappa Kappa Psi, and told a story about the issue with the checks
-Emily takes over with the story...perhaps some shady banking!
-Car wash is April 10 and Donato's Pizza State Road in the Falls!
-Emily discussed the appreciation lunch for the women of the School of Music, Friday March 26th. Signed out the Dance Atrium. Service Committee will be making invitations. Goal is for invitations to be sent out by next Wednesday.
-”Take a Bow” from Glee was playing in the background.
-Kylie hypothesized that we will have thirty people run for recording secretary, perhaps a monthly drawing will be in place.
-Group began to sing the theme from the Price is Right...laughter ensued.
-Dom will become the Secretary of the World when Caleb becomes President
-And inquiry was discussed with the group by Kylie about our carwash location.
-Manager of Donato's is lazy because he leaves at 2 PM...and a little creepy because he have Emily his cell number.
-Emily suggested that we use a cheese ball container for donations.
-Tammi attempted to contact Chipotle but was unsuccessful. Perhaps Emily will talk to the Donato's in Montrose as a second location.
-Sarah suggested using the North Campus Parking Deck, I believe Lot 26, as another site.
-David says no one really cares about the Buchtelite.
-People began to quote “Zoolander”
-Group waved at Athena...she visited for a moment.
-Dom inquires if the meeting is finished because I am sill taking minutes.
-Meeting started at 8:03 according to Caleb
-8:40 is not close to midnight.
-David's PS3 HD cables work on his tv....high fivery resulted. Apparently the PS3 bug is a strain of the Y2K bug
-8:42 David takes last fig newton :(
-Kylie moves that we close the meeting, Sarah seconds, Kylie, Ahsley, Sarah, Dominic, vote ya, David votes nay
-Meeting adjourned.
