            Kappa Kappa Psi Liason –

            Corresponding Secretary:

                        T-shirts – If you didn’t give her money, you still can.  She will bring them to the                            rehearsal tomorrow.

            Treasurer:

                        All candidates need to pay dues – ASAP

                        All convention stuff is finished

            Vice President:

                        Wednesday or Friday – polo pricing will take place – will take down candidate                                          sizes Thursday night at 8:00 – Sara and Athena give them tonight

                        Rec Night – both dates booked, so new dates are April 7^th, April 13^th, and April 1^st

            Historian:

                        Won shutterbug award at Districts

                        Make CD of pictures

                        David moved to make the learning of our songs an official event.  It was                                        seconded.  The motion was carried.

            Parliamentarian:

                        Rules blitzkrieg Saturday 1:00 SU food area

            President:

                        Trying to contact Aero’s people – end of summer is best for us – will keep you                                           posted

                        Hope everyone who went to convention had fun

                        Mr. Karriker gave us forms for the car wash – passed them out to everyone

Committee Reports:

            Finance:

                        Started at convention, continued back at Akron

                        Fundraisers for summer – as of next year, the UAF is non-existant

                        Finance picnic next Sunday at 1 pm – expenses and income determined since                                             we’ll have less funding

                        Fundraisers over summer because people are sticking around

                        GoDaddy website – need to renew – the University offers us a free website, but                                        it’s crap and we need to get anything we put on it approved by at least four                                   people – Tina moved to renew our website subscription for two years. It                                           was seconded.  The motion carried.

            Service:

                        This Friday – women in music luncheon – 12:30 in dance atrium

                        Jenny moved to allot the money to pay for the luncheon.  It was seconded.  It was                                                carried.

                        Waiting for decision from Guegold about weather stripping for practice rooms –                                        but it could cost $175 to $900

                        This Sunday is a practice room cleaning – 11:00 am

                        April 18^th, 25^th – instrument cleaning

                        April 12^th – Spirit night – 7 pm – show up in letters to make TBS visiable

            Sisterhood:

                        April 11^th at 1:00 pm at Karen’s house – potluck – main dish? The chapter                                                  decided to have ham.  Should cost around $2 a person – please bring                                              money to meeting on April 6^th

·         Sending Thank you to Lambda and congrats to Theta who won Chapter Challenge

            Megan explained Kevin’s declining all other district offices at District Convention – he                             could be going overseas for employment reasons

            Melissa from Kappa Kappa Psi came to discuss secret Third Degree things
